摘　　要：目的:评价Elite Smile超冷光牙齿美白技术对牙齿漂白的临床效果和安全性。方法:应用Elite Smile超冷光牙齿美白技术对30例门诊患者(四环素牙22例,先天性黄染牙8例)进行漂白治疗,用Vita比色板进行治疗前后比色,半年后复查随访。结果:进行Elite Smile超冷光牙齿美白术后牙齿增白明显,比色板色级和色差值有显著性改变。结论:Elite Smile超冷光美白技术是一种简便、有效、安全的牙齿美容方法。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Elite Smile cold light whitening on bleaching discolor teeth.Methods 30 patients（22 patients with tetracycline pigmentation teeth and 8 with teeth color changed）were bleached with Elite Smile cold light whitening.Results The change of teeth color was evaluated by Vita shade guides matching and colourimeter（PR-650）respectively.The effective rate of preoperation and postoperation was 96.6%、93.3%（P0.05）.Conclusion Elite Smile cold light whitening kit was proved to be an effective and safe method on discolored teeth bleaching.
