新疆地区甲状腺癌组织中ESR1基因表达及其临床意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究雌激素受体(estrogen receptor alpha,ESR1)在新疆地区甲状腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其在临床中的意义。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测64例甲状腺癌、21例甲状腺良性腺瘤、13例桥本氏甲状腺炎、6例结节性甲状腺肿和6例癌旁正常组织中ESR1基因表达,结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果:ESR1在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达显著高于甲状腺腺瘤、桥本氏甲状腺炎、结节性甲状腺肿和癌旁正常组织(P<0.01);甲状腺癌组织学类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移及预后与ESR1蛋白表达相关(P均<0.05)。结论:ESR1可能在甲状腺癌的发生、发展过程中起到了重要作用,故阻断其作用环节可能为治疗甲状腺癌提供新策略。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor alpha（ESR1）in thyroid cancer tissues and explore its clinical value.METHODS：The paraffin-embedded tissue sections of 64 thyroid cancer patients,21 cases of thyroid adenoma,13 cases of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis,6 cases of nodular goiter and 6 cases from the peri-tumor tissue were immunohistochemically examined for the expression of ESR1.The association between ESR1 expression and clinico-pathological parameters were analyzed.RESULTS：The positive rate of ESR1 in thyroid cancer tissues was significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma,Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis,nodular goiter and peritumor tissues（P0.01）.The positive expression of ESR1 correlated significantly with tissue stage,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and prognosis（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：ESR1 could play an important role in the occurrence and development of differentiated thyroid cancer,so to prevent the function of ESR1 may provide a new strategey to cure the thyroid cancer.
