摘 要:目的:探讨行为危险因素对北京市高中学生近视患病的影响因素。方法:于2008年采取多阶段等比例整群抽样的方法抽取北京市8个区县高中一、二年级的青少年5 232人进行横断面调查,调查内容包括非散瞳电脑验光检查和问卷调查。结果:通过二水平logistic回归分析发现,阅读时眼与书本距离少于一尺(即33cm)的学生的患近视的风险是保持一尺学生的1.26倍(95%可信区间为1.14~1.40),而多于一尺的学生患病风险为保持一尺学生的0.79(0.66~0.95)。而看电视时与电视机距离少于2.5 m的学生的患病风险是保持在2.5 m至3 m的学生1.12倍(95%可信区间为1.01~1.25),而保持在3 m以上学生的患病风险是保持在2.5m至3 m的学生0.73(95%可信区间为0.64~0.85)。结论:高中学生学习任务繁重,用眼负担大,但视近时保持良好的用眼距离能降低患近视的可能。Objective: To explore the correlation between behavioral risk factors and myopia among high school students in Beijing. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among a random cluster sample of 5232 students in their first or second years at high schools in 8 counties of Beijing. The survey included questionnaire and non- cyeloplegic optometry. Results:In muhilevel regression models, the odds of myopia were I. 26 fold (95% CI, 1.14 - 1. 40) higher in students with eye-to-book distance less than 33 cm while reading compared to those with the distance being around 33 cm,and 0.79 fold (95% CI,0.66 -0.95 ) lower in students with this distance greater than 33 em compared to those around 33 cm. The odds of myopia were also 1.12 fold (95% CI,1.01 - 1.25 ) higher in students with eye-to-TV distance less than 2.5 meters compared to those with the distance being 2.5 - 3 meters,and were 0.73 fold (95% CI,0.64 - 0.85) lower in those with 〉 3 meter distance compared to those with the distance being 2.5 - 3 meters. Conclusion:While high-school students are heavily involved for school performance, keeping proper eye-toobject distance may reduce the risk for myopia.
