摘　　要：目的:探讨细胞免疫状况与不同程度肿瘤相关性贫血患者生活质量的关系。方法:应用生活质量评分表(Karnofsky Performance Scale,KPS)对353例肿瘤相关性贫血患者进行评分,应用流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫指标CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、CD25、CD69和自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞水平。结果:肿瘤相关性贫血患者的生活质量与贫血程度有关,随着贫血程度的加重而降低,KPS评分在不同程度贫血组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义。细胞免疫功能指标CD3、CD8和CD69水平随着贫血程度的加重而升高,CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞和CD25水平随着贫血程度的加重而下降,其中CD8水平在0级与2级、3～4级贫血组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),1级与3～4级贫血组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD69水平在0级与2级贫血组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤相关性贫血可能会造成患者细胞免疫功能受到抑制,生活质量下降。Objective：To explore the relationship between the cell immunity status of the patients who had different degrees of tumor associated anemia and their living quality.Methods：The score of living quality of 353 patients with tumor-associated anemia was evaluated by Karnofsky Performance Scale（KPS）.Some parameters of cell immunity such as CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,CD25,natural killer（NK） and CD69 were detected by flow cytometry.Results：The life quality of the patients with tumor-associated anemia was related with the degree of anemia.The severe anemia was related with lower life quality.There was a significant difference in the KPS score between different patients with varying degrees of anemia.The cell immunity parameters CD3,CD8,and CD69 levels were progressively increased with the aggravation of anemia.In contrast,the levels of CD4,CD4/CD8,NK cells,and CD25 were decreased with the aggravation of anemia.There was a significant difference in the level of CD8 between grade 0 and grade 2 and between grade 0 and grade 3-4 anemia（P〈0.05）.The level of CD8 was significantly different between grade 1 and grade 3-4 anemia（P〈0.01）.In addition,a statistical difference was found in the level of CD69 between grade 0 and grade 2 anemia（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：These findings demonstrate that tumor associated anemia may inhibit cellular immune function and decrease the life quality of patients.
