摘 要:目的:探讨疲劳加载对不同方式固化的硅橡胶类义齿软衬材料粘接强度的影响。方法:以SofrelinerMS自凝硅橡胶软衬材料、Silagum硅橡胶软衬材料为自凝、热凝硅橡胶软衬的代表,分别与α-RESIN加强型热凝基托树脂块进行粘接制作圆柱形试件各30个。按疲劳加载0、66700、133300、266700、400000次,将2种材料的试件各相应分为5组、每组6个试件,疲劳加载后进行抗拉强度测定,观察断裂模式。结果:疲劳加载0、66700、133300、266700、400000次,SofrelinerMS各组粘接强度值(MPa)分别为:1.37±0.30、1.21±0.15、1.01±0.20、1.04±0.17、0.88±0.08;Silagum各组粘接强度值(MPa)分别为:3.28±0.61、2.79±0.24、2.16±0.40、1.77±0.44、1.66±0.33。疲劳加载前SofrelinerMS组断裂模式为软衬材料内聚性破坏,疲劳加载后为混合性破坏;Silagum组疲劳加载前后破坏方式均为混合性破坏。结论:随着疲劳加载次数的增加,2种材料的粘接强度均处于下降趋势,但均未超出临床应用的粘接强度要求(≥0.44MPa);采用的热凝硅橡胶软衬的粘接强度优于自凝硅橡胶软衬。Objective:To evaluate the effect of mechanical fatigues on the bonding strength of silicone denture liner to denture base resin.Methods:Sofreliner MS polyvinyl siloxane soft denture liner and Silagum automix comfort soft relining were chosen as representatives for self-curing and heat-curing silicone liner materials,respectively.Those two soft lining materials were bonded to α-RESIN dentistry-denture base polymers to produce cylindrical specimens,with 30 specimens for each material.Then the specimens of each material were divided into 5 groups(6 specimens in each group),and subjected to fatigue loading of 0,66 700,133 300,266 700 and 400 000 times,respectively.The tensile strength of specimens after fatigue loading of different times was tested and the fracture mode was observed with Stereomicroscope.Results:With the increase of fatigue loading times,the bonding strength(MPa)of each group was:1.37±0.30,1.21±0.15,1.01±0.20,1.04±0.17,0.88±0.08 for Sofreliner MS;3.28±0.61,2.79±0.24,2.16±0.40,1.77±0.44,1.66±0.33 for Silagum.Sofreliner MS lining material showed failure of the soft denture liner itself before the fatigue loading,while after fatigue loading,the fracture mode was cohesive and adhesive failure.Silagum lining materials showed failure of cohesive and adhesive before and after fatigue loading.Conclusion:With the increase of fatigue loading times,the bonding strength of both soft lining materials declines.The bonding strength of heat-curing silicone liner material tested in this study is better than the self-curing silicone liner material tested.The bonding property of two soft lining materials is acceptable for clinical application(≥0.44 MPa).
