摘 要:目的:研究过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)在实验性牙周炎大鼠牙龈组织中的含量变化和密度变化,并探讨CAT与牙周炎之间的关系。方法:选用40只健康的Sprague-Dawley大鼠,随机分为实验组和对照组(各20只),实验组建立大鼠牙周炎的动物模型,对照组常规饲养,造模术后4周和8周处死。采用紫外分光光度计测定大鼠牙龈组织中CAT含量,并观察牙周组织的组织学变化。结果:造模术后4周和8周时,牙周炎组牙龈组织中CAT含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);术后8周牙龈组织CAT含量明显低于术后4周(P<0.01)。同时,术后4周和8周实验组与对照组比较牙槽骨的吸收程度明显增加。结论:牙龈组织中CAT的活性与牙周炎的进展有关。Objective:To research the variation and density of catalase(CAT)in the gingival tissue of the rats with experimental periodontitis and how CAT is interrelated with periodontitis.Methods:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group and periodontitis group at random,20 in each group.Experimental periodontitis model was established.The CAT concentration was assayed by Ultraviolet spectrophotometer.Results:CAT concentration in gingival tissues was significantly lower in periodontitis group at four and eight weeks after operation than those in control group(P0.01).In periodontitis group,the CAT concentration in gingival tissues was significantly lower at eight weeks than that at four weeks after operation(P0.01),and the resorption degree of alveolar bone was dramatically higher in periodontitis group than that in control group.Conclusion:The variation of CAT in the gingival tissues are related to the progress of periodontitis.
