摘  要:为研究不同表面及处理对瓷修补粘接强度的影响,试件分为金属酸蚀组(A组)、金属酸蚀喷砂组(B组)、烤瓷酸蚀组(C组)、烤瓷酸蚀喷砂组(D组)。采用ClearfilRepair瓷修补系统进行粘接修复,测定抗剪强度,观察断裂模式。结果显示,抗剪强度B组显著高于A组,C、D组均显著高于B组。A、B组主要表现粘接破坏,C、D组主要表现内聚破坏。由此可见,树脂-瓷粘接强度高于树脂-金属粘接强度,口内喷砂可增强树脂-金属粘接强度。To study the effect of various surfaces and treatments on bond strength of a porcelain repair system.Specimens were divided into 4 groups:metal etched group(A),metal etched and sandblasted group(B),porcelain etched group(C),porcelain etched and sandblasted group(D).With Clearfil Repair kits,specimens' surfaces were bonded to composite resin cylinders.Shear bond strengths were measured and fracture surfaces were observed.As a result,group B showed significant higher shear bond strength than that of group A,and group C and D had significant higher shear bond strength than group B.Almost all specimens of group A and B revealed adhesive failures,whereas those of group C and D predominantly revealed cohesive failure.Therefore,bond strength of porcelain-resin was higher than that of metal-resin,and intra-oral sandblasting could enhance bond strengths of metal-resin.
