摘 要:目的:观察太极拳对中老年妇女抗氧化能力的影响;方法:采用二硝基苯甲酸缩合法测定血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)、化学比色法测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、硫代巴比妥酸缩合法测定丙二醛(MDA),沉淀法测定低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),以同年龄段的少于参加体育活动的坐姿工作者作为对照组。结果:太极拳习练组较对照组的血清MDA及LDL-C的水平明显下降(P<0.05),血清GSH水平明显升高(P<0.05),并且习练太极拳1年以下的练习者的血清GSH值明显低于习练一年以上者,有显著地统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经常参加太极拳锻炼,能有效地增强中老年妇女的抗氧化能力,加强机体对自由基的清除,维持血脂正常水平,预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。Research purpose: observing the influence of practicing Taijiquan on the antioxidant capacity of the middle and aged women; study methods: testing serum GSH by Dinitrobenzoic acid condensation method, testing GSH-XP by chemistry colorimetry, testing MDA by Thiobarbituric acid condensation method, testing LDL-C by precipitation method, taking the workers who often take seats in working as contrast group at the same age, the paper studies the influences of practicing Taijiquan on the antioxidant capacity of the middle and aged women. The findings include: the practicing group have lowered in serum MD and LDL-C (P〈 0.05) than the contrast group, while their serum GSH are higher (P〈 0.05) than the contrast group, and Taijiquan practitioners with less than a year have lower serum GSH than the practitioners over a year with obvious differences (P〈 0.05). The study conclusion: regular practicing Taijiquan can improve the antioxidant capacity of the middle and aged women, improve the ability of body scavenging free radicals, keep the normal level of blood lipid and have the prevention of atherosclerosis occurrence.
