摘　　要：文章运用文献资料、归纳总结等研究方法,对2001-2009年中文期刊中关于武术技术动作的生物力学分析的研究文献进行分类综述,从长拳的运动特点、353C+4技术动作解析入手进行讨论总结,综述认为,采用运动生物力学这一量化的指标对长拳技术动作进行研究,对提高长拳的技术水平和科学化训练具有理论和实践的指导作用。With the methods of literature, summary and other research methods, right from 2001 to 2009 journals on Chinese Wushu techniques, the paper does the summary on the biomechanical analysis of the action research literatures, and form the characteristics of changquan, 353C ＋4 technical movements, and forms the opinion： studying the biological index of Changquan, tries to find some theoretical and practical directions on improving the technical level and scientific training of Chanquan.
