台湾“新竹科学园”发展的省思及对大陆的启示

摘　　要："新竹科学园"是台湾经济奇迹的一个缩影。在简要分析"新竹科学园"成功的原因之后,详细介绍了"新竹科学园"快速发展所引发的诸多问题,包括水电短缺、环境污染、代工困境及与地方发展的冲突等,并在此基础上提出对大陆科技园区发展的启示。Xinzhu Sci -teeh Park of Taiwan is an epitome of Taiwan economic miracle. In the first part, this thesis analyses the success masons of Xinzhu Sci - tech Park briefly. Then it introduces several problems arisen from the rapid development of Xinzhu Sci - teeh Park, such as shortage of water and electricity, environment pollution, OEM puzzle Dom, conflicts with local decelopment, etc. At last, some adviees have been given to the Sci -tech Parks in the Mainland.
