高科技产业绿色供应链管理、知识管理与绿色创新相关之研究  

Study of Relationship Among Green Supply Chain Management,Knowledge Management and Green Innovation R&D Personnel of High Technology Industry in Taiwan

摘　　要：研究旨在了解高科技产业企业之绿色供应链管理、知识管理与绿色创新之关系。为有效达成研究目的,针对台湾地区高科技产业之公开上市公司发放问卷,以单因子变异数分析、典型相关等统计方法考验各项研究假设。研究结果为:台湾地区高科技产业中集成电路产业相较于生物科技产业其知识管理与绿色创新的感知程度较高;台湾地区高科技企业之绿色供应链管理、知识管理与绿色创新皆成显著相关。The main purpose of this research is to investigate into the factors of the relationship among green supply chain management, knowledge management, green innovation for R＆D personnel of high technology industry in Taiwan. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, this research was selected the R＆D personnel from high technology industry in Taiwan. Total 1000 questionnaires were sent and 230 questionnaires were returned. Valid questionnaires were 211 , after eliminating 19 incomplete responses. The valid responded rate was 21. 1%. The acquired data was analyzed by one - way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis to exam each hypothesis of the research. According to the investigation result of questionnaire, the consequences of this research are specified as follows： 1. The R＆D personnel that are from differeni kinds of high technologies were variable which bring about significant differences in the knowledge management and green innovation.. 2. High technology industry R＆D personnel＇ s green supply chain management had a significantly and positively correlated with knowledge management. 3. High technology industry R＆D personnel＇ s green supply chain management had a significantly and positively correlated with green innovation. 4. High technology industry R＆D personnel＇ s knowledge management had a significantly and positively correlated with green innovation.
