知识生产组织模式演变及其对我国实施自主创新战略的启示

摘　　要：近年来,由于外部经营环境的迅速变化所导致的生存压力增大以及对知识生产规模经济性的追求,企业在很多情况下不得不专注于某些专门知识的生产,旨在这些专门领域建立自己的核心能力和经营优势。但是,技术同质性的增强与融合度的增加给仅仅依靠内部有限资源进行独立知识生产的模式带来新挑战,及时跟踪、整合和充分利用外部知识显得越发重要。在此背景下,知识生产模式逐渐由自主生产向合作生产转变。为顺应此转变,对企业来讲,一方面要重构内部知识生产体系,有效集成内部知识资源,另一方面要把视角转向外部,充分利用外部知识资源。对政府来讲,就有必要借鉴别国经验,制订与知识生产模式转变趋势相一致的科技计划与科技政策,提高合作知识生产效率,加快创新型国家建设步伐。In order to cultivate core competence and establish operating advantage, nowadays more and more firms focus on the production of some special knowledge to survive in a changing environment and pursue economy of scale in knowledge production. However, owning to the technological homogeneity and fusion, it is not only internal resources but also external ones that are necessary for companies to access, integrate and make the best use to gain competence. Therefore, firms tend to turn outside for cooperation and restructure their internal RD systems to strengthen cooperation among different departments. Meanwhile, by learning from other developed countries, our government can make better technological programs and policies to enhance the efficiency of the knowledge production, accelerating the pace of establishing an innovative country.
