摘 要:文章针对采用UV CLEAN降低因玻璃基板清洁度而导致的ACF贴付不良做了探讨,从LCD企业的生产实际出发,找出厂别和ACF型号的影响,在确定条件下通过量产实验得出UV CLEAN作为选择性制程,从清洗方式、选择不同清洗剂到UV CLEAN工艺三大参数(照射时间、照度、照射高度)的影响做了一系列实验,得出对基板清洁度起显著作用的优化设定,从而大大提高ACF贴付良率。It was discussed that non-performing ACF caused by cleanliness of the glass substrate was lowered for the use of the ultraviolet rays cleaning. The influence of plants and the different type of ACF were included according to the data of management production line. Under the experimental conditions, the ultraviolet rays cleaning was held up for a selective process by volume. The cleaning method and the selection of a different lotion and three parameters (irradiation time, illuminance, irradiation distance) were studied and the experimental parameters were optimized to improve the ACF by a series of experiments.
