摘　　要：为了培养更多、更好的护理人才,必须对现行护理教育进行改革:树立做人的理念,知晓护理专业哲理;开展多元文化教育;改革护理教育体制;创新教学内容、教学方法和课程建设。Nowadays,nursing talents are in a serious shortage and cannot fulfill the need of health care services.In case of training more needed resource;we must reform the present education system： set up a life principle and philosophy of Nursing;give students multiple-model education;reform the education system of Nursing;and innovate the teaching content,teaching methods,and curriculum construction.
