摘　　要：以网格基础理论为基石,以广播电视大学远程教学平台为研究对象,提出一个开放资源网格CTORG的理论框架,目的是实现广播电视大学各教学平台资源的共享,提高电大资源的使用效率,同时降低资源建设的重复率。With the basic theory of the grid as the cornerstone and the distance learning platform of TVU as the study object,this paper puts forward a theoretical framework of an open resource grid CTORG.Its aim is just to achieve the RTVU learning platform resources＇ sharing and to improve the TVU resources＇ utilization while reducing the repetition rate of the resources＇ construction.
