丹萍皮炎水丸止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹萍皮炎水丸的止痒作用。方法①将低分子右旋糖酐致痒造模成功后的32只小鼠随机分为治疗组和对照组各16只,治疗组给予丹萍皮炎水丸,对照组给予马来酸氯苯那敏,观察10 m in内小鼠搔抓次数;②将磷酸组织胺致痒造模成功的32只豚鼠随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予丹萍皮炎水丸,对照组给予马来酸氯苯那敏,观察10 m in内豚鼠搔抓次数。结果治疗组搔抓次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹萍皮炎水丸具有良好的止痒作用。Objective It is to observe the antipruritic effect of Danpingpiyan water-paste pills on treatment of pruritus.Methods ①32 itch mice models by dextran-induced were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 16 cases each group.The animal was treated with Danpingpiyan water-paste pills in the treatment group,while with chlorpheniramine in the control group,the scratch time within 10 min was observed.②32 itch guinea pigs models by phosphate histamine-induced were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 16 cases each group.The animal was treated with Danpingpiyan water-paste pills in the treatment group,while with chlorpheniramine in the control group,the scratch time within 10 min were observed.Results The number of scratch in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significantly difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danpingpiyan water-paste pills have a good antipruritic effect.
