摘 要:基于网络结构对企业行为的影响,各企业往往会根据在网络中所处的位置并按照自身利益最大化的原则进行产量决策.列举了在网络规模较小时,不同网络结构下企业的产量决策及整个组织的现期利润;当网络规模较大时,利用遗传算法对目标空间进行随机优化搜索到最优网络结构.仿真的结果表明:在寡头垄断市场上网络结构对各厂商及整个组织的现期利润起着关键性作用,存在使得各厂商现期利润之和最大的最优结构;最优网络是双向的,信息成本的增加与关系利润的降低会导致网络密度、网络平均出度降低,并且当关系利润较低时,最优网络的现期利润随着网络规模的增加而减少.最后,分析了相关研究结果在我国钢铁行业上的应用.The impact of the network structure on the performance of enterprises which make decisions according to profit maximization and to their self positions in the network is analyzed. Each enterprise' s output decision and the organization' s present profit are enumerated when network scale is relatively small. Random opti- mization search and some operations based on genetics are used in the objective target in order to search the optimal structure when network scale is relatively large. The simulation results show that the network structure plays a key role in the profit of each enterprise and the total organization. There exits an optimal network such that the sum of each enterprises' profit is maximized and the optimal structure we derived is bilateral. With the increase in information cost and decrease in profit of the relationship, the network density and average out- degree of the network will decrease. The performance of the optimal network will decrease with the network size when the profit of relationship is relatively low. Finally, the applications of the relevant results in China Iron & Steel Industry are analyzed.
