不同中间层扩散焊接微通道反应器中FeCrAl芯片的研究

摘  要:分别采用镍和铝作为中间层对甲醇重整制氢反应器中的FeCrAl合金进行了扩散焊接试验,对接头区金相进行观察并对接头力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:铝作为中间层时与母材结合不良,无明显扩散发生,接头强度很低,焊接效果很差;而镍作为中间层时与母材之间有明显扩散发生,结合良好,接头的抗剪强度也满足使用要求,焊接效果良好。基于试验研究结果,建议选用镍作为FeCrAl合金层叠扩散焊接中的中间层材料。This paper used nickel and aluminum as interlayers to conduct diffusion welding joint test on the Fe-Cr-Al alloy in methanol reforming reactor, observed the microstructure in the joint zone and analyzed the mechanical properties of the joints. The results showed that aluminum could not bond well with the base metal if it was used as interlayer, and there was no evident diffusion zone, its joint strength was very low and the welding effect was very poor; however, the nickel could bond well with the base metal if it was used as interlayer, the shear strength of the joint could meet the application requirement, and the welding effect was very good. Based on the experimental results, it was suggested that the nickel could be selected as the interlayer material for Fe-Cr-Al alloy lamination diffusion welding.
