摘　　要：电子商务的快速发展对电子商务应用型人才的需求变得十分迫切,许多高等院校都在积极地探索这一问题。从各个高校目前的情况来看,电子商务应用型人才培养的效果并不理想。应从加强教学实验设施建设、实习基地建设、设计开放式实践环节、加强在校生职业技能培训等方面入手,鼓励大学生科技创新,提高学生的动手实践能力,更好地适应用人企业的现实需求,为毕业生未来职业生涯提供强有力的保障。With the rapid development of e-commerce,it becomes very urgent to need practical talents on e-commerce.Hence,many colleges and universities are actively exploring this problem,and their training effect on practical e-commerce talents is far more satis-factory as to the current situations.In conclusion,we should increase construction on teaching and experimental facilities and practical base,open practical process,and undergraduates＇ professional skills training,etc.in addition,encourage students＇ technological innova-tion,improve their practical ability,meet the real need of social enterprises better,and provide powerful guarantee for graduates＇ future career.
