校企合作教育模式运行机制建设的探索

摘　　要：校企合作是培养应用型人才的重要途径。现行校企合作教育在保障机制、合作观念、组织运作等方面都存在问题。要解决这些问题,在政府层面须建立校企合作教育的促进保障机制,在学校层面须建立校企合作的主动适应与调节机制,在企业层面须建立校企合作的内在需求机制。The college-enterprise cooperation is an important way of cultivating talents.Currently,there are many problems in the college-enterprise cooperation education,such as the safeguard mechanism,the cooperation idea and the organization operation.To solve these problems,the government should establish the guarantee mechanism of promoting college-enterprise cooperation education.The college should establish the mechanism of adjusting to and pushing for the college-enterprise cooperation education.The enterprise should establish the mechanism of stimulating intrinsic demand of college-enterprise cooperation.
