摘 要:目的:探讨感觉统合训练和哌甲酯对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的治疗效果。方法:选择180例ADHD患儿,随机分为感觉统合训练组(SI组)及哌甲酯组(M组),SI组只给予感觉统合训练,M组只给予哌甲酯口服,7周后(20次后)做评估。结果:SI组治疗前conners多动指数为(20.4±4.1)分,治疗后下降为(9.8±2.5)分。M组治疗前conners多动指数为(19.8±4.0)分,治疗后下降为(13.5±3.4)分。结论:感觉统合训练治疗ADHD疗效较好。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of sensory integration (SI)traing and Methylphenidate on children with attention deficient hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods:l $0 children with ADHD were selected and randomly divided into. SI group and MERATRAN group . SI group was given only SI training , M group was given only Methylphenidate op. All the children were evaluated with the conners hyperactivity questionare after seven weeks (after twenty times). Results: The hyperactivity indexes in SI training were (20.4 ± 4.1 ) before treatment and declined to ( 9.8 ± 2.5 ) after treatment. The hyperactivity indexes in M group were (19.8± 4.0)before treatment and declined to (13.5± 3.4). Conclusions: SI training has good effect in the treatment of ADHD.
