精神分裂症患者注射用利培酮微球(恒德)与口服非典型抗精神病药物PRO比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症患者注射用利培酮微球(恒德)与口服非典型抗精神病药物PRO问卷结果比较。方法:筛选276例符合入组标准的痊愈的精神分裂症患者,进行PANSS、TESS、CGI及PRO问卷调查。调查结果进行统计分析。结果:注射用利培酮微球(恒德)与口服非典型抗精神病药物PANSS、TESS、CGI无显著性差异,而PRO问卷显示注射用利培酮微球组害怕病情被人知晓、怕人发现吃药、肝功异常、容易复发有统计学意义,呈显著负相关。注射用利培酮微球组在交通费减少、陪护费减少、检查费减少方面也有统计学意义,呈显著正相关。注射用利培酮微球组与减少家庭及自身精神负担、充满自信、减少住院次数,以及社交能力提高显著正相关。口服利培酮与月经紊乱显著正相关。喹硫平与体重增加显著正相关。阿立哌唑、齐拉西酮与肢体震颤显著正相关。结论:注射用利培酮微球(恒德)PRO问卷结果明显好于口服非典型抗精神病药物,显示了注射用利培酮微球(恒德)优越性。Objective： To explore the comparison of PRO for long - acting injectalble riperidone and atypical antipsychotict with schizophrenia. Methods：A total of 276 recovery patients with schizophrenia meeting the enterence criteria was measured with PANSS CGI TESS PRO, the results of poll was being statistical analysis. Results： There was no marked difference between long - acting inject- alble riper/done and atypical antipsychotict with PANSS,TESS.CGI, but PRO show that there were statistics significance with the group of injectalble riperidone being afraid of known their state of illness.fund taking medicine, liver merit exception, easy relapse were marked negative correlation. There were positive correlation with reducing car fee, accompary fee. examining fee by injectalble riperi- done. And also with cutting down family and himself mental burden.suffusing self - confident.decreasing hospitalization.improving so- ciability. There were positive correlation with limbs shudder for using aripiparzole and ziprasidone. Conclusions： The result of PRO questionnaire with injectalble riperidone was more nicer then oral atypical antipsychotict. It was showed that the superiority of injectal- ble riperidone.
