摘　　要：以本校家具招标采购实践工作为例,探讨如何做好高校家具招标采购工作,保证家具采购资金安全性及效益最大化的课题。Through analyzing the practice of the management of bidding and purchasing furniture of Beijing university of chemical technology,this article discussed how to ensure the safety and effectiveness of funds.
