摘　　要：现代社会,人格正朝着普遍商化的方向迅速发展。受其影响,成人教育一步步陷入产业化、营利性及工具性的功利主义危机之中。功利主义促进人们对经济利益的向往与实现,实现了近期目标,但也不可避免地导致了人格褊狭与学历商品化。唯有加强人文素质教育,进行人格矫治,才能促使成人教育健康发展。In the modern society,one＇s personality is rapidly developing to the direction of the general business.With its impact,the adult education is step by step falling into industrial production,profits and instrumentals of utilitarianism crisis.Utilitarianism promotes realization of and longing to people＇s economic interests which reach a short-term goal,but also inevitably leads to the personality defect and the commercialization of education diplomas.Only by strengthening the quality of education in the humanities,can we make a treatment of personality in order to promote the healthy development of adult education.
