需求信息更新下物流服务能力采购优化研究

摘　　要：为解决需求信息更新以及供应能力约束环境下,物流服务集成商的服务能力优化问题,建立了三阶段能力采购优化模型。分析了分包商的供应成本、能力柔性、物流服务集成商的需求信息管理能力参数变化对最优能力采购决策的影响。数值算例表明随着需求信息管理能力的提高,物流服务集成商将逐渐降低对分包商供应能力柔性的要求,更偏好于选择成本较低的分包商,从而有利于降低物流服务集成商的运营成本,增加收益。In order to obtain optimal capacity for logistics service integrator（LSI）in the condition of demand information updating and supply capacity constrained,the three stages,sourcing decision model is established.We analyze subcontractor cost,capacity flexibility and the effect of LSI＇s demand information management capability parameters variation on optimal sourcing strategy.As LSI demand information management capability increases,lower cost subcontractor is chosen more than capacity flexibility,which will help LSI decrease operation cost and increase expected revenue.
