摘　　要：给出了面向细胞生产的一种作业小组组建方法。首先描述了细胞生产中的作业小组组建问题;然后基于组内人员状况差异性最大和组间人员状况差异性最小的考虑,构建了作业小组分组的双目标优化模型;进一步地,采用基于隶属度函数的加权和方法,将双目标优化模型转化为单目标优化模型,通过求解优化模型可得到合理的分组结果;最后,通过一个算例说明了所给方法的可行性和有效性。A method for group formulation in cell manufacturing is proposed.Firstly,the problem of group formulation in cell manufacturing is described.Secondly,based on the diversity consideration of personnel condition,a two-objective optimization model is constructed to integrate both the maximum diversity in one group and the minimum diversity among groups.Furthermore,the weighted sum approach based on membership functions is used to transform the two-objective optimization model into a single-objective optimization model.The reasonable grouping results can be obtained by solving the model.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
