摘　　要：目的了解四川地区护士输血相关知识水平,探索提高护士输血相关知识的对策与措施。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法 ,从31家医院中随机抽查了938名护士进行问卷调查。结果不同职称的护士对输血相关知识的掌握,其差异有统计学意义(F=4.679,P=0.003);经过1次培训的和2次及以上培训的护士对输血相关知识的掌握均好于没有经过培训的护士(F=7.917,P<0.001)。结论医院应该进行有针对性的继续教育,不断加强护士输血相关知识培训,使输血这种治疗手段能更好地为患者服务。Objective To comprehend nurses＇ knowledge related blood transfusion in Sichuan province and explore the strategies and measures to increase nurses＇ knowledge related blood transfusion.Methods We used the method of stratified random sampling to investigate 938 nurses′ knowledge related blood transfusion from 31 hospitals by questionnaire.Results There were significant differences among nurses in different professional titles（F=4.679,P=0.003）,Nurses training once and twice more had better knowledge related blood transfusion than nurses never training（F=7.917,P0.001）.Conclusion Hospitals should perform health education pertinently and strengther the training for nurses so as to make the blood transfusion serve people better.
