摘　　要：三环式齿轮减速器是在普通少齿差行星减速器基础上开发的一种新型传动装置,应用前景广泛。但由于三环减速器问世时间短并且结构特殊,对其进行设计和分析比较复杂和困难。该研究建立了一个用于三环减速器设计的智能CAD系统,可以方便、快速、准确地完成三环减速器的三维设计,提高了设计效率和质量。研究同时建立了三环减速器的三维零件库,对产品系列化有着重要意义。Three-ring reducer is a new transmission device which develops in the foundation of few tooth difference planet reducer,its application prospect is wide.But,because it is a new things as well as its special unique feature,the design and the analysis of it is quite complex and difficult.They established a intelligent CAD system which is used in three-ring reducer＇s design.By using it,the task of three-ring reducer＇s design May becomes convenient,fast and accurately.The efficiency and quality of design is increased.The study established three-dimensional parts library of three-ring reducer,it has great significance to the formation of product＇s series.
