摘　　要：三坐标测量系统作为一种高效、高精度的测量机器,在汽车白车身制造过程中得到了广泛应用。介绍了三坐标测量系统的工作原理,并就白车身工件坐标系及数学模型的建立进行了推导。以某车型车门饰板出现瘪塘的问题为例,分析了三坐标测量系统在白车身制造与检验中的作用。Coordinate measuring system（CMM）as a high-performance,high-precision measurement equipment in the white bodywork of automotive body-manufacturing process has been widely used.It describes the working principle of CMM,derives the workpiece coordinate system of white bodywork and establishes its mathematical models.And the problem of a car door plaque deflated Tong as an example,analysises coordinate measuring system important role in the whitework manufacturing and testing.
