摘　　要：合作伙伴既共享隐性知识又争夺隐性知识,从而不可避免地产生与隐性知识转移有关的风险,要对这些风险进行有效的防范,就必须深入探讨合作创新隐性知识转移中风险影响因素,并对这些影响因素相互之间的作用机制进行研究。Collaborative partners both share tacit knowledge and compete for tacit knowledge,which,unavoidably,produces risks related to the transfer of tacit knowledge.To effectively minimize the possible risks,it is crucial to ascertain the influencing factors in tacit knowledge transfer based on collaborative innovations.Searching for functioning mechanisms of these influencing factors will be an important research focus in the future.
