中学教师Anger问卷的初步编制

摘　　要：通过文献分析和实证研究,并对部分教师进行了深度访谈,在此基础上编制了中学教师Anger问卷。通过探索性因素分析,结果表明问卷由主观愤怒、人际愤怒、客观愤怒和特质愤怒四个维度构成。问卷结构清晰,信度和效度较好,可用于对中学教师愤怒的测量。This research is about the compiling of a preliminary questionnaire to measure High School Teachers＇ Anger,based upon previous literature and experimental research work.Information gathered from exploratory factor analyses shows that the questionnaire consists of the four dimensions of Subjective Anger（AS）,Interpersonal Anger（IA）,Objective Anger（OA） and Trait Anger（TA）.The scale is clear in structure,reliable and valid and is applicable to the measuring of High School Teachers＇ Anger.
