摘  要:我国中小学教师职业倦怠成为教育生活中一个越发突出的问题。其产生的主要原因是社会对教师的期望值过高,教师缺乏相应的社会支持,教师评价机制单一,教师工作环境偏差以及教师个性心理因素。对此应引导社会对教师职业角色形成合理的定位,给予教师积极的社会支持,提倡发展性评价,加强对教师的人文关怀以及提高教师自我调适能力。Job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers in China has become a more outstanding problem in their educational career . The problem results from the high expectations of society of teachers,the lack of appropriate social support for teachers and the evaluation system for teachers is single and the working environment and the personality of teachers . This paper proposes that the role of teachers should be positioned reasonably,Schools should improve the evaluation system for teachers and strengthen humanistic concern for them. And teachers themselves need to improve the ability of self - adjustment.
