剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术可行性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术的安全性及可行性。方法回顾性分析我院128例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术患者及130例妊娠未合并子宫肌瘤仅行剖宫产术患者的临床资料。结果剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术组手术操作时间较对照组延长(P<0.05),但2组患者术中出血量、产后出血率、术后恢复情况差异均无显著性。结论对于有经验的产科医生,根据患者具体情况,选择性地行剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术是安全、可行的。Objective To investigate the security and feasibility of caesarean myomectomy.Methods To analysis the clinical data of 128 patients retrospectively who were operated caesarean section during myomectomy and 130 patients who were only operated caesarean section without myomectomy.Results The operation time of caesarean myomectomy were prolonged compared with the control group（P0.05）,but the difference of the amount of bleeding intraoperatively,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,the restore after the operation in the patients of the two groups was not significant.Conclusion The caesarean myomectomy selectively according to the condition of the patients for experienced obstetricians was security and feasible.
