膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱癌临床回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤患者的体会。方法回顾性分析收治的115例膀胱肿瘤的临床资料。结果115例患者均一次手术成功。随访0.3～3年。术后3年内38例复发。16例T3～4期膀胱癌全部复发,多次行TURBT;1例膀胱肉瘤术后3个月死亡;其余21例患者5例行膀胱全切术,其他再行TURBT。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术是治疗膀胱肿瘤的首选。Objective To study urothelial bladder carcinoma patients underwent Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tenor.Methods The 115 patients with bladder cancer were reviewed by clinical data.Results All of the 115 patients were operated successfully and be reviewed 0.3～3years.38 patients were found recrudesced after 3 years,which of 38,16 patients with T3-4 recrudesced and be operated by TURBT again and again.1 patient was dead after 3 months.the other 21 patients were operated by total cystectomy,and then by TURBT.ConclusionThe first choice operation manner curing bladder cancer by Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tenor.
