前列腺电切汽化术后期排尿困难的原因及对策

摘　　要：目的分析经尿道前列腺电切汽化术(TURVP)治疗前列腺增生症,术后后期排尿困难的原因及处理方法。方法回顾性分析48例TURVP术后后期排尿困难患者的临床资料。结果48例患者中,20例尿道口狭窄,3例条索状纤维束横跨尿道内口,3例(0.39%)带蒂团块状前列腺组织覆盖尿道内口,10例前列腺尖尿道狭窄,4例出现膀胱结石,8例前列腺组织复发增生,经处理后治愈。结论TURVP治疗前列腺增生症虽然存在一定的并发症,但严格手术操作,可提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the cause and method of the urinating difficulty at the anaphase of surgical with the TURVP to cure BPH in order to enhance the function.Methods Analyzing of the review the clinic data of 48 cases of suffers＇ the urinating difficulty at the anaphase of surgical.Results Among the 48 cases.Stricture of external urethral orifice,42%（20/48）.Linear fasciculi bestride internal urethral orifice 6.25%（3/48）.Pedicle mass prostate tissue cover internal urethral orifice,6.25%（3/48）.Stricture of prostatic apex urethra,20.83%（10/48）.Hyperplasia recrudesce in prostatic apex tissue,8.33%（4/48） Vesical calculus 16.67%（8/48）,were cured by TURVP.Conclusion With strict operation of surgical,TURVP can enhance the result of cure for BPH although it causes some complication.
