摘　　要：目前大多数医院科技档案的管理停滞在传统的封闭、仓储、手工管理方式上，已远远不能适应档案信息资源共享、开发和利用的需要，因此，要转变科技档案的管理观念，在科技档案的职能、采集、应用和管理技术等方面采取开放式管理模式，以适应档案工作的发展趋势，实现档案信息资源挖掘和利用，加强服务职能，最大限度地发挥科技档案的作用。At present, the science and technology file management patterns in most hospitals are still not open and the traditional ware- housing and manual management patterns are still used,which can not meet the need to share, exploit and utihze the file information resources. Therefore, in order to exploit and make full use of the file information resources, strengthen the service function and maximize the function of sci- ence and technology files, it is necessary to change the management concept of the science and technology files, and adopt the open management thoughts and methods in the function, collection, application, and management skills of science and technology files so as to fit in with the devel- opment tendency of archival science.
