摘　　要：目的了解脑卒中患者家属的生活质量。方法应用生活质量综合评定问卷对116例脑卒中患者家属及52例正常对照者进行评定。结果脑卒中患者家属的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活较正常对照组差，其中以心理健康和躯体健康对生活质量的影响最大。结论脑卒中患者家属的生活质量较正常对照组差，并涉及到心身健康的多个方面。Objective To understand the life quality in the family members of cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods 116 family members of cerebral apoplexy patients and 52 control subjects were measured with the genetic quality of life inventory（GQOLI）. Results The total scores of GQOL1 were lower in the cerebral apoplexy patients families than in the controls, and the scores of subfactors such as physical function, mental function, social function and material life were also lower in the study group. Conclusion It is suggested that the family members of cerebral apoplexy patients have poor life quality, especially in the aspects of mental and physical health.
