摘 要:在介绍我国林木种子生产和采收现状基础上,提出新型自行升降式采种机应具备的特征。使用UG建立采种机三维虚拟模型,对该虚拟模型进行运动仿真。在农林机械中引入动平台,研究动平台的结构和工作原理,提高采种机在不良地表和大坡度条件下的工作能力。设计适应林内作业和高枝采种要求的起升机构。通过对采种机虚拟模型的研究,解决了大量机构匹配和运动合理性问题,优化了设计方案,为后续研究提供良好基础。The characteristics of a new self-elevating seed collecting machine were proposed according to the status of tree seed production and harvesting in China.A three-dimensional virtual model of seed collecting machine was established by Unigraphics(UG),which was used for movement simulation.The moving platform was introduced into agriculture and forestry machinery,and the structure and working principle of the moving platform were studied in order to improve the working ability of seed collecting machine under the conditions of rough ground and steep slope.The hoisting mechanism which could meet requirements of forest operation and picking seeds from topmost branches was designed.A great number of problems on mechanism matching and movement rationality were solved through studying the virtual model of seed collecting machine,and the design scheme was also optimized.
