摘  要:采用平板划线分离的方法,从受污土壤中分离、筛选和驯化,获得1株对水环境中微量铬具有良好吸附降解能力的菌株,通过单一因素试验后,将最佳条件进行组合,提高了目标菌株对处理水环境中微量铬的去除能力,实验结果表明,其适宜条件:碳源为可溶性淀粉、氮源为(NH4)2SO4、30℃、pH=8,培养液中碳∶氮为10∶1,该菌株对水环境中微量铬的去除效率可达90.1%。实验还表明,温度和pH值对溶液中铬的去除影响最大,当溶液pH过低时,菌体失去代谢活性,主要凭借物理方式吸咐,导致吸咐能力大幅度下降。A bacterial strain which can efficiently adsorb chromium ions was isolated from the polluted soil using flat-panel method. The optimal conditions for the strain to effectively remove the chromium ions from an aqueous solution by single-factor test were obtained as carbon resource dissolvable starch, nitrogen resource (NH4)2SO4, temperature 30 degrees C, C/N ratio 10∶1, and pH 8. The removal efficiency of the strain to chromium ions (both Cr6+ and total chromium) in the aqueous solution reached 90.1 percent under the optimal conditions. Temperature and pH value of the solution are the most important factors influencing chromium removal capacity of the bacteria. The chromium ions can be only removed by physical adsorption at pH value less than 2 due to the loss of metabolic activity of the bacteria, which leads to an abrupt decrease in chromium removal capacity.
