胱天蛋白酶Caspaes-3在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究胱天蛋白酶Caspase-3在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨子宫内膜癌的病因及发病机制。方法选取子宫内膜癌组织(组织学分级G1组16例、G2组27例、G3组8例),子宫内膜非典型增生组织21例,正常子宫内膜组织10例。用免疫组化S-P法检测Caspase-3在子宫内膜癌组、子宫内膜非典型增生组和正常子宫内膜组中的表达。结果 Caspase-3在子宫内膜癌组和子宫内膜非典型增生组的表达明显低于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.01),在子宫内膜癌中G2、G3组的表达低于G1组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 Caspase-3的低表达可能促使细胞抗凋亡能力增强,导致细胞凋亡不足增殖过度,可能是子宫内膜癌发病机制之一。Objective To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 in endometrial carcinoma,discuss the pathogeny and pathogenesis in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Endometrial carcinoma patients,based on the histological grades,who were divided into G1 group （16 patients）,G2 group （73 patients） and G3 group （8 patients）; 21 endometrial atypical hyperplasia patients and 10 normal endometrium candidates were included in this study. The expression levels of Caspase-3 were examined by using immunohistochemistry,S-P method. Results 1. The expression level of Caspase-3 in the endometrial carcinoma and endometrial atypical hyperplasia group was lower than normal endometrium group （P0.01）. And the expression level of Caspase-3 in G2 and G3 groups was lower than G1 group （P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion The results indicated that the low expression of Caspase-3 might be a primarily cause to strength cell anti-apoptotic effects,induce defliciency of cell apoptosis and cell over-proliferation,which may be one of the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma.
