摘 要:目的研究细胞周期调节蛋白P16在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨子宫内膜癌的病因及发病机制。方法选取子宫内膜癌组织(组织学分级G1组16例、G2组27例、G3组8例),子宫内膜非典型增生组织21例,正常子宫内膜组织10例。用免疫组化S-P法检测P16在子宫内膜癌组、子宫内膜非典型增生组和正常子宫内膜组中的表达。结果 P16在子宫内膜癌组和子宫内膜非典型增生组的表达明显低于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.01),在子宫内膜癌中G2、G3组的表达低于G1组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 P16的低表达或缺失,失去对细胞周期的调节作用,导致细胞增殖过度,可能是子宫内膜癌发病机制之一。Objective To investigate the expression of Cell Cycle-Regulatory Proteins P16 in endometrial carcinoma,discuss the pathogeny and pathogenesis in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Endometrial carcinoma patients,based on the histological grades,who were divided into G1 groupo (16 patients),G2 group (73 patients) and G3 group (8 patients).21 endometrial atypical hyperplasia patients and 10 normal endometrium candidates were included in this study.The expression levels of P16 were examined by using immunohistochemistry,S-P method.ResultsThe expression level of P16 in the endometrial carcinoma patients was much lower group the endometrial atypical hyperplasis troup and normal endometrium groups (P0.01).The expression level of P16 in G2 and G3 groups was significantly higher than G1 group (P0.01).Conclusion The low expression or deficiency of P16 might be linked to dysfunction of cell cycle regulation,and further induce cell over-proliferation,which also might be one of the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma.
