摘　　要：目的调查社区青光眼患者局部使用降眼压药物的用药规范性及对青光眼知识的了解情况,发现社区青光眼治疗存在的问题,寻找进行健康教育、防止青光眼进展的途径。方法应用自行设计的调查表对上海宝山区庙行镇社区320例确诊为青光眼的患者进行问卷式调查,了解局部降眼压药物使用规范情况和对青光眼知识的了解情况。结果 199例患者点眼药水不规范,用药不规范率为62.2%。其中眼液污染率为36.3%;患者点眼药水前不洗手率为40.6%;患者点眼药水后闭眼时间<3min,使用≥2种眼药水的间隔时间<10min,其不规范率分别为55.6%、38.3%。152例社区青光眼患者有对青光眼知识了解贫乏,贫乏率为47.5%。结论社区青光眼患者局部用药不规范,定期进行用药指导和提供方便可行的健康教育及干预措施很有必要。Objective To investigate the standards for topical medication for glaucoma patients and their knowledge about glaucoma,to find out the existing problems in glaucoma treatment and the ways to perform health education and prevent glaucoma from developing.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the norms of topical medication and patients＇ knowledge about glaucoma in 320 glaucoma patients of Miaoxingzhen Community of Baoshan District of Shanghai.Results One hundred ninety-nine patients used eye drops in non-standard form （62.2%）.The rate of eye drop pollution was 36.3%.40.6% patients did not wash their hands before medication.The eye-closing time was less than 3 min after eye drops,and the interval time for using 2 or more kinds of eye drops was less than 10 min,the non-standard rates were 55.6%,38.3%,respectively.One hundred fifty-two patients had poor knowledge about glaucoma （47.5%）.Conclusion Topical medication for glaucoma is not standardized.Regular medication guide,convenient health education and intervention are necessary.
