白内障冷超声乳化手术临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察白内障冷超声乳化吸除手术临床疗效,探讨冷超声乳化技术的特点、手术技巧及并发症防治措施。方法 126例白内障患者(150眼)行上方透明角膜切口冷超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶体植入手术,采用劈核技术,观察手术并发症,检查术后视力,随访1～3个月。结果术中、术后无严重并发症发生,获得较好的视力和稳定的屈光状态。结论利用冷超乳技术治疗白内障具有损伤小、并发症少、恢复快的特点,良好的设备联合劈核技术,手术更加安全。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of cold phacoemulsification procedure in cataract surgery.Methods A total of 150 eyes of 126 patients with cataract underwent the cold phacoemulsification for cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation via a clear corneal incision.By using chop technique,the surgical complications were observed and the postoperative vision was inspected.Patients were followed up for 1 to 3 months.Results No severe intra-and post-operative complications was noted.Good vision and refractive stability were achieved.Conclusion Cold phacoemulsification technique,featured by mild injury,few complications,and quick recovery is a good choice for cataract treatment.
