摘 要:瘦素与肥胖、糖尿病等多种以胰岛素抵抗为基础的疾病密切相关。血浆瘦素水平受多种因素影响,如进食、性别、年龄、体脂分布、游离脂肪酸、糖皮质激素、细胞因子、胰岛素等,其中胰岛素水平起着非常重要的作用。瘦素与胰岛素互为负反馈关系,共同构成了"脂肪-胰岛素"轴。瘦素抵抗和胰岛素抵抗与"脂肪-胰岛素"轴发生紊乱有关,二者在产生机制上可能互为因果,并且相互作用,共同参与了多种疾病的发生发展。Leptin is closely related to a variety of diseases based on insulin resistance,such as obesity,diabetes and so on.Leptin level in plasma is effected by a variety of factors,such as eating,sex,age,body fat distribution,free fatty acids,glucocorticoid,cytokines,etc.and insulin level plays a very important role among them.Leptin and insulin are negative feedback factors by each other which together constitute the "fat-insulin" axis.Leptin resistance and insulin resistance,related to the disorder of this "fat-insulin" axis,may be the reciprocal causations in the production mechanism and interact,both to participate in the development of various diseases.
