摘　　要：1型糖尿病患者在接受胰岛素及其他降糖药物治疗时,低血糖是常见且严重的并发症。不同于非糖尿病人群,长病程的糖尿病患者往往不能通过神经和体液调节来维持机体血糖水平的稳定,同时也不能感知低血糖的发生,从而导致血糖进一步降低,引发低血糖脑损伤。而近期的相关研究揭示,上述现象的存在和糖尿病患者在发生低血糖时脑组织的代谢方式改变有密切联系。Hypoglycemia was a common and serious complication among type 1 diabetic patients who were receiving treatment with insulin or other glucose-lowering drugs.Different from the non-diabetic population,long-standing type 1 diabetic patients often can not maintain the stabilization of body＇s blood sugar levels by nervous and humoral regulation,and can not perceive the occurrence of hypoglycemia,then lead to further degrade of blood sugar,cause brain damage of hypoglycemia.The recent researches revealed that the existence of above phenomenon had close connection with the brain tissue metabolic changes when hypoglycemia in diabetic patients.
