钡剂结肠运输试验与标记物结肠运输试验的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究利用钡剂代替标记物行结肠运输试验的可行性。方法:利用钡剂及标记物对正常人及便秘患者行结肠运输试验,测量出各组结肠运输试验的结肠通过时间。结果:正常组全部志愿者72h排出80%以上的钡剂或标记物,结肠慢传输型便秘患者组72h均未排出80%的钡剂或标记物。钡剂结肠运输试验与标记物结肠运输试验的结肠通过时间差异无统计学意义。结论:钡剂可代替标记物行结肠运输试验检查。Objective To study the feasibility of barium sulfate instead of radiopaque marker in colon transit test.Methods To perform barium sulfate colon transit test and radiopaque marker colon transit test in healthy subjects and constipation patients,and to measure all groups colonic transit time.Results More than 80% barium sulfate or radiopaque marker was emptied in 72 hours in healthy subjects.Less than 80% barium sulfate or radiopaque marker was emptied in 72 hours in all slow transit constipation patients.There was no statistical difference between the colonic transit time of barium sulfate colon transit test and the colonic transit time of radiopaque marker colon transit test.Conclusion Barium sulfate might substitute radiopaque marker in colon transit test.
