间苯三酚治疗急性痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察比较间苯三酚注射液和654-2注射液治疗急性痉挛性腹痛的临床疗效。方法:选择92例典型急性痉挛性腹痛使用病因治疗同时随机分为治疗组(48例)及对照组(44例);治疗组予间苯三酚0.2mg(加入5%葡萄糖250ml)静脉滴注;对照组予654-2注射液20mg(加入5%葡萄糖250ml)静脉滴注,观察止痛效果及不良反应。结果:间苯三酚治疗组有效93.08%,高于山莨碱对照组79.54%,两组30min内缓解腹痛疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:间苯三酚是治疗痉挛性腹痛痛无抗胆碱能作用的首选药物,值得推广。Objective To observe and compare Phloroglucinol injection and 654-2 injection treatment of spastic abdominal pain clinical efficacy.Methods 92 patients with acute abdominal pain were randomly divided into the two group： the treatment group treated by Phloroglucinol （n=48） and the control group treated by 654-2 （n=44）.The effect to relieve pain and adverse reaction were observed.Results The effective rages were 93.08% and 79.54% in treated group and control group respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Phloroglucinol is the best selection in the acute spastic abdominal pain among the worthy of extending.
