摘　　要：《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》提出的科技投入目标强度,对于促进科技事业的发展和实现"加强自主创新能力、建设创新型国家"的战略目标具有重要意义。在分析我国科技投入现状的基础上,提出了实现科技投入目标强度的协调机制。The target intensity of S＆T input that National Guideline on Medium-and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development （2006- 2020）putted forward is very important to develop the science and technology, and it is of significance for the strategic target of strengthening the ability of self-innovation and building one innovation country. On the base of the analysis of Chinese present situations of S＆T input, the paper puts forward coordination mechanism to achieve the target intensity of S＆T input.
