摘 要:基于企业生态学理论,运用Logistic方程建立战略网络生态学模型,从三维复杂动态系统角度分析3企业间的生态合作竞争关系,解析模型稳定性后,得到重要结论。通过数值仿真验证了理论分析结果——尽管加快企业发展速度,增强网络内企业间的生态位分离,强调新成员的差异性、互补性都将有益于网络内各企业及网络整体绩效的提高及稳定,但其结果很有可能造成战略网络系统的失稳及混沌。一旦系统进入混沌,后果不可预测。因此,建立行之有效的稳定监控机制,进行混沌预警意义重大并且可行。The Logistic equation is applied to build an ecological balance model of a strategic network to analyze the cocompetitive relationships among 3 companies based on the enterprise ecology. After studying the stability of the model, there are some useful conclusions. Furthermore, the numerical simulations of bifurcation confirm the academic conclusion, although it's beneficial to improve the performance and the stability of companies and strategic network to accelerate the development speed of a company itself, it separates the niche among companies and requires the differences and comple- mentary of new members, it may make strategic network instable and chaos. Once the strategic network is in chaos, the forecast is not available. So it's very important to establish an effective control mechanism of stability to control chaos in the strategic network.
