摘　　要：以苏州市光大静脉产业示范园区为例,介绍了如何以工业生态学理论和循环经济原则为指导,结合资源优势,以城市生活垃圾资源化利用为核心,通过科学规划,建设静脉产业类生态工业园区。并对园区建设规划、环境风险管理、污染控制体系和保障体系建设进行了分析。In a case of Suzhou Everbright Venous based Eco-industrial Park, used the theory of industrial ecology and the principles of circular economy as guide, combined with the advantages of resources, and used municipal solid waste resources as the center, construction of the venous industry based eco-industrial demonstration park by scientific planning was introduced. The construction planning, environmental risk management, pollution control system and security system of the park were analyzed.
